The METE MC9 LS (“Long Slide”) is a version of Canik’s METE MC9 pistol series.
It is a 9×19 mm striker‑fired pistol with a 17+1 round capacity.It is “optic‑ready” (i.e. slide cuts/interfaces for micro optics) and includes features such as a loaded chamber indicator, ambidextrous slide stop, interchangeable backstraps, and a MIL‑STD‑1913 Picatinny rail.
Longer Slide & Barrel — more sight radius, potentially better accuracy & recoil control vs. shorter versions.
Higher Capacity — 17 rounds is generous for that size.
Ergonomics — the longer grip helps with control; interchangeable backstraps allow customization to hand size.
