The Springfield Armory SAINT Victor STV-91609B is a semi-automatic pistol-caliber carbine (PCC) built around the AR-15 platform but chambered for 9×19 mm (9 mm Luger) cartridges. It’s designed and manufactured by Springfield Armory (USA).
